Saba Seighali

I’m a multidisciplinary designer with a spatial focus. Every project starts with looking for threads. Through concept development and storytelling, I uncover what a place is really about, and I’m drawn to what usually goes unnoticed. Every form a creative solution can take draws me in, whatever the scale or the tool. The small decisions interest me as much as the big idea.

Experience

I design spaces, and I've drawn inspiration from many disciplines. I began by designing stages and planning festivals at university in Tehran, then moved into architecture and historic restoration. In Italy, I worked on everything from municipal plans to the landscape of a first-prize residential quarter, and later on public parks and open spaces. Beyond space, I've worked in communication and visual storytelling, because how a story is told matters to me in any medium. Every one of these experiences still shapes how I think, feel and create.
